Flanel mechanic industry Ltda, was founded in August, 1997, has as its core business the forging and machining of maximum 4.000kg-pieces to supply the siderurgic, metallurgic, naval, sugar, mining, petroleum and petrochemical industries.
At its forging site, in São Roque, are produced forged sketches to provide a diversified line of products like: Wheels, Axles, Flanges, Rings and other special forgings.
Our handling-equipments and transport versatility help us to manufacture pieces with a maximal external diameter of 1.800mm, through a free forging system and laminated rings with a maximal diameter of 3.000mm.

Forged Division
The forged division makes sketches to supply the market of standard and special pieces, according to the customers’ plan and technical
rules. The forging supplies a diversified line of products such as Wheels, axles, Flanges, Rings and others, through hydraulic hammers
and handlers’ sets.
Our handling-equipments and transport versatility help us to manufacture pieces with a maximal external diameter of 1.800mm, through
a free forging system. The GLP Central detaches the initiative of the Enterprises of Flanel group in compliance with recommended
environmental conditions.

Machine-made Division
Flanel has got a line of machine-made consisted of vertical and horizontal lathes, milling machines and drilling machines. All the equipment is
for the segment of the medium-sized and heavy pieces.
This segment is followed by a manufacture of Flanges WN, LWN, Cego, SO, LJ, RTJ, etc, Axles, special crankshafts and other forged with
a maximal weight of 4,0T. It has got a line of machine-made as well for railway components and automatic-vertical lathes.
