Developing the teamwork spirit and consequently we are always eager to continue with improvement and quality of the products. On 14 August, 1997, in a huge industrial site, in Osasco, rised, Flanel Mechanic Industry Ltda was founded on 14 August 1997 and focused on manufacturing wrought and forged flanges and rings.
With ISO 9000 Certificate, by the end of 2000, Flanel, was recognized in all national market, becoming a huge product supplier for equipment and stock market industries and above all for having its name in international countries.

Having the purpose of survival and extend itself in the market, in 2001, acquired a forging spot in the town of São Roque. On 1st October, 2003, comes to the market Flanaço- special alloys Ltda. Doing business, with the manufacture of railway axles, forged bars, steel ingots and blocks.
As the company established a very good reputation for, wrought gadgets for third parts and general tool shop service, It was consequently necessary to split Flanel, Flafer – mechanic industry Ltda, ready for material saw cuts for precision forging.
These are the enterprises of Flanel Group, which are always led by its ‘passion to perform”, to meet customers’ requirements.
